The following terms and conditions apply to the use of Dreams On Looms online store.
Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 2-5
business days.
Shipping: You will be billed for all shipping costs. All shipping charges are calculated from
Sunnyvale, CA. We prefer UPS Ground (1-5 days depending on your US location). If you want
expedited service, then please let us know at the time of ordering and you will be billed
accordingly. Invoice will show shipping costs.
Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Returns: Dreams On Looms has very strict quality control standards. Minor variations in
products (dye, texture) result from the fact that the yarn is hand-spun and hand-dyed and
fabrics are hand-woven. They reflect each weaver’s style and enhance the beauty of the
product. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the purchase
or any merchandise received is defective or damaged, credit will be issued. No credit will be
given for goods damaged at customer location. See detailed return and exchange policy.
All sales are FINAL when done at retail events. Absolutely NO returns. However, we
want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, exchanges are allowed if
product is returned with original sales receipt within 7 days of purchase. A Dreams On
Looms gift certificate that NEVER expires will be issued for the difference. It can be
used for online purchases or at future retail events. We are not responsible for lost or
stolen gift certificates.
Items bought online may be returned within 15 days (postmarked) from the date of
purchase with an original invoice. Online refunds will be issued in the original form of
payment for price paid or merchandise exchange. A refund check or gift certificate may be
issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.
On returns, we can only credit the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2
billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent, or if the item sent is
defective.

To return any online or retail event purchase by mail:

1. Keep a copy of the original invoice for your records.
2. Identify the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice. Note the reason why.
3. If you would like an exchange, let us know what you want. Our online catalog has the most
updated inventory. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
4. Merchandise being returned has to be packed and sealed securely in the original package (if
possible), together with the original invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid - we DO NOT
accept C.O.D. deliveries.
